Founded in 2018, Little Oceanauts, Inc. is an Ocean-themed indoor playground for children ages 0 to 10 years old. Children come excited to jump on our trampoline, swim in our ball pits and zoom down our slides. We provide a clean, safe and fun environment for kids to exercise, socialize and play. Our services include daily open play, party room rentals and an afterschool program (M-F). Our goal is to provide customers the ultimate indoor playground experience and a community for kids to develop and have fun.
 

Types of Services

Open Play

During our daily open play hours, we provide families a safe playing environment for children 0-10 years old. Parents must stay to accompany their children during play. 

 Parties

We provide space for families to have parties. Our mission is to provide a fun, safe and over the top party experience for customers by facilitating parties from the very beginning to the end. A stress free experience is the goal we strive to serve not just the party hosts but also to guests big and small. 

Afterschool Program

 Little Oceanauts After School Program hours are from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM during active school days. We accept students from Kindergarten to 5th grade. We pick up children from a nearby school while children from other schools must be dropped off by finding their own mode of transportation. During our program, we provide snacks, homework help and engage children in fun activities.

Do you love customer service and working with children? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a candidate that can assist with daily operations to help the variety of services offered here. Candidates must be punctual, friendly, patient and love being around children. Availability is REQUIRED for weekends and most weekdays. 

Job Description

  • Must maintain a clean and safe playing environment
  • Must maintain constant cleanliness and sanitation of the store
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to make announcements and speak to crowds
  • Be attentive and aware of accidents, spills and mishaps
  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests
  • Must be able to be flexible with given tasks
  • Play and interact with children
  • Provide homework assistance for K-5
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED certification
  • CPR Certification is a plus but not required
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Proof of vaccination and identification is required
  • Experience in art or music is preferred but not required
  • Experience with children is a plus but not required
  • Cleared background check
