Partnered Food Vendor – That’s Amore:
All Food Vendor orders must be made through Little Oceanauts to ensure there is no miscommunication and food surcharges. Orders made directly with our vendors will incur our food surcharge fee.
Email us your order, we’ll send you total amount to pay via venmo, we’ll handle delivery time and set up so you do not have to contact them.
Partnered Decoration, Desserts & Entertainment Vendors:
Disclaimer: Booking a party with Little Oceanauts does not guarantee securing a booking with our vendors. Our vendors recommend at least two months advance notice in order to accommodate your request.

Party Penalties & Cancellation
Non-prepped Decorations
– Automatic $75 & Up Services fees will be applied if deflated, loose balloons, helium tanks are brought in (please prep all decorations before arrival)
Ice Cream Desserts
– We love ice cream cake too, unfortunately, it isn’t allowed at Little Oceanauts. We do not have freezer storage, and serving ice cream cakes requires additional preparation and cleanup that our party service cannot accommodate. Thank you for helping us keep parties running smoothly!
Glitter & Confetti
– To help keep our play space clean and enjoyable for everyone, glitter, confetti, and confetti-filled balloons are not allowed. These materials easily spread throughout the facility, stick to our play structure, and require extensive cleanup. Thank you for your understanding!
Overcapacity
– For the safety of all our guests, there will be an invite limit for parties – fees may apply if maximum capacity is exceeded. Please look into available private party time slots.
– A $95 penalty fee will be added to your bill if your party stays up to 15 minutes past the scheduled end time. After the first 15 minutes, an additional $50 per minute will be charged for every extra minute thereafter. The fee helps cover penalties or overtime costs incurred by our staff and the impact on the next scheduled party.
– Cancellations made within 45 days of your party date will result in forfeiture of your deposit
– Cancellations made within 15 days of your party date will result in forfeiture of your deposit and incur a cancellation fee (75% of what your remaining party balance) and will be charged to your card saved on file.
*If you wish to reschedule and are within 45 days of your party date, you must fill out a new party request form and pay the party package’s deposit fee again to secure your new date and time slot.
