To Secure Your Date & Time Slot
Please complete payment within the next 24 hours of receiving the deposit & contract request to secure your booking. This contract will include agreement to keep a credit card on file for any additional charges that may apply (e.g., extra children, overtime fees, etc.).

You can pay the deposit and submit the signed contract via:

  • Online through our secure invoice system
  • In person or by phone during business hours

Note: Due to high demand, if we don’t receive both your deposit and signed contract within 24 hours, your chosen date and time slot will be made available to other guests.

Important Theme Note
Please remember that party themes, flag banner colors, and table cover choices cannot be changed within 2 weeks of your party date. If we don’t receive your preferences before the timeframe, we will select them for you.

Downgrading package – If you choose to downgrade your party to a Classic/Deluxe Package within a month out from your party date, there will be a $700 downgrade fee. 

Arrival Information
You may arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party time with your supplies. We’ll assist with unloading by double-parking at the front and providing carts. Please be patient during check-in as we get everything ready. We’ll also handle serving food, cake cutting, and packing up.

Please be aware: A $95 penalty fee will be added to your bill if your party stays up to 15 minutes past the scheduled end time. After the first 15 minutes, an additional $50 per minute will be charged for every extra minute thereafter. The fee helps cover penalties or overtime costs incurred by our staff and the impact on the next scheduled party. 

So we kindly ask to please remind your guests that they are expected to leave when the party ends to accommodate for the next party and walk in guests. If you want to extend your party, please review the party extension prices & email us. 

Please be aware, when the party room closes, our team will help load your items to your car. Please meet our party coordinator at the front, we will need our carts for our incoming parties.

What to Bring / What Not to Bring:
You can bring:

  • Any foods (with a $10 surcharge per tray/box) — OR order from our partnered food vendor (no additional food fees will be applied)
  • Any desserts (no additional fee charges)
  • Drinks: water, juice boxes, canned drinks (no alcoholic beverages allowed)
  • Pre-cut fruits (pre-cut)
  • Packaged snacks
  • Decorations (prep all decorations before arrival – service fees may apply)

*Food surcharge fees will not be applied to drinks, packaged snacks, cut fruit, and/or desserts.

Please do not bring:

  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Sternos or hot plates (high fire hazard!)
  • Confetti, glitter, or confetti balloons
  • Piñatas
  • Ice cream or ice cream cakes (no freezer available)
  • Helium tanks (balloons must be pre-blown; a $75 service fee applies if a helium tank is brought in)

We provide:

  • Dessert stands & crates
  • Cake knife
  • Serving utensils
  • Candle lighter
  • Cooler for drinks (please bring your own ice)
  • 10 tables (including dessert, food, adult (72″x30″) and kid seating (48″ x 24″)

Food Policy:
All food should stay within the party room, but you and your guests may come in and out of the room as you please.

If you choose to bring your own food from outside vendors, please note that a $10 per tray fee will apply.

Liability Waiver
All guests with children must complete our required online liability waiver before arriving: www.littleoceanauts.com/waiver. Incomplete waivers may delay your check-in.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made within 45 days of your party date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 15 days of your party date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit & incur a 75% fee of the remaining balance that will be charged to your card saved on file. To reschedule, you’ll need to:
    1. Submit a new party request form at www.littleoceanauts.com/party-request.
    2. Pay the deposit for the new party package to secure your new date and time slot.

Important Note: If your party is scheduled during the 4:15 pm – 6:15 pm time slot and you request a last-minute extension (less than 48 hours’ notice), the higher overtime rate and private party fee will apply.

Photos and videos may be taken during the party for personal and promotional use on our social media. If you prefer not to be included, kindly let us know in advance.
